"Leonardo's place is a beautiful sanctuary just a 5 minute drive along a country road through an olive grove from down town Mattinatta. We sat each morning on the balcony and ate breakfast while looking out over the olive grove, the town of Mattinatta, the sea and the local mountains. And as our phones will attest to, "picture perfect", as it appears we took a lot of photos every time we sat there. The Apartment was clean and is well maintained and Leonardo was always available via whatsapp...

"Ligging, uitzicht en ruimte van het huis zijn uitstekend en de huurprijs is zeer aantrekkelijk, maar daar houdt het ook mee op. Bij aankomst word je begroet door zo'n 15 katten en honden (deuren toe houden). Het was erg koud (maart 2018, overdag 10-12°); er is CV en een elektrische blazer/koeler, maar zelfs na 3 dagen op volle kracht, haal je max. 19°. De verwarmingsketel maakt bovendien een hels lawaai. Oven, vaatwas en boiler ontbreken; dampkap werkt niet. De meeste deuren klemmen en/of...

"Die Unterkunft liegt auf dem Berg. Man sollte vorab erwähnen, dass die Straße dorthin sehr steil (und teilweise eng / viele Schlaglöcher) ist. Sobald man die Einfahrt reinfährt, gibt es 2 Senken. Da darf man kein tiefergelegtes Auto haben, sonst setzt man auf. Im Hof kann man dann super parken und die Kinder spielen lassen. Im Hof wurden wir gleich von den 3 Hofhunden begrüßt. Die Wohnung selbst war super, ausreichend Platz und Stauraum ist vorhanden! Nur die Küche könnte etwas besser...

"La location proposée par Antoinette et Antonio est située en sortie de Mattinata (à Mattinella exactement) avec vue sur mer. Un petit sentier au milieu des oliviers permet d’accéder à pied à une plage de toute beauté, à pied d’une magnifique falaise de calcaire. Tout au long du séjour Antoinette et Antonio nous ont donné de très bonnes adresses (restaurants...) et nous ont conseillé sur des lieux de visite. Juste un bémol sur l’adresse du lieu d’hébergement donnée par Abritel : trop imprécise...
