"Place was spotless and clean, felt right at home once we arrived. Has great security walls on the outside, felt very safe. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to help us with the generator when there was a blackout. Has all the amenities that you would need. Definitely recommend this place. "This hotel was not registered online booking with your hotels.com. thus the booking offers was not accepted by the hotel palau for my 7 days stayed.. I ended up paying the complete full rates of 11,850pesos. This should not be happening. The refunds exercise should be implemented to customer like me..."

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. She said that “I” could go to one of their other properties and see if they could accommodate. She would not call and check. She told me that “I” could email the owner, but she did not give me an email address. In fact, she made zero attempts to fix this situation, but they did already collect the money. I had to spend 2 hours on the chat with expedia support just to try and get a refund. VERY unprofessional, bordering on comical."

"Extremely clean Resort .. Very friendly Staff .. Pool facilities are top notch .. Restaurant food was absolutely delicious .. I would recommend this Resort to anyone "
