Have a beautiful get away at View 218. Where Downtown is an easy 5 min. walk away. Many coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shopping, and more. You will truly get the best of both worlds. One that is laid back, but also one that's apart of the action of the city.

The space
This is a perfect, private, pleasant place where your family, 2 families, and/or friends can gather to have a great vacation in a greater city. It’ll be clean, close to the action, and away enough to have rest.
Guest access
While we are on vacation - we did our best to hide away our stuff. The black wardrobe and corner cabinet has food that is meant for us. The fridge is available for you to use. Please don’t use our food in the freezer.
We ask that your time in our garage is close to bare minimal.
Because of the storms that Sioux Falls has had, if you are willing to help put away bag boards and deck furniture, that would be amazing.

Clean, spacious, comfortable close to hospital
We were visiting family in the hospital and needed a close location to the hospital that was also comfortable and clean and we found it with this house. Great backyard to get some fresh air and plenty of rooms and bathrooms. House was decorated with nice modern finishings and was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We stayed here with our adult children and 1 YO grandchild. House is cute and very well decorated.. it did have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 1 bedroom upstairs with full bath. Steep stairs to go up there. First floor bedroom is very tiny with a pull out trundle bed and full bath which is right off the dining room and living room. And half bath is right near dining room table area. Hard for privacy going to the bathroom… 2 additional bedrooms in basement. No bathroom down there. Again steep stairs to basement The bathroom situation is a bit difficult because if you stay downstairs and need to shower you have to use the bathrooms in people bedrooms. Beds were a 7 out of 10 feels Like foam temperpedic. Driveway Is very narrow and steep. Down stairs bedroom had some sort of leak where the teepee is located with large stuffed animal. Cute fenced in back yard with farmhouse lighting The property is very close located to the airport which is super convenient. Recommendations to the owners is try to put some sort of counter spaces in the bathrooms. It is inconvenient especially if you are staying in the downstairs to get ready you have no where to put and use toiletries. Clean vents in bedrooms very dusty. And maybe a keurig machine. The host was quick to respond to any concerns.

Right Downtown and Just What We Needed
We were in Sioux Falls for several weeks for business and vacation. The house was well set up for both hosting visiting family and for working remotely. While there is no designated office space, we made use of the large dining room table. The internet was very fast. I needed to fly home for an emergency and the airport is conveniently just up the street. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown and the historic houses in the neighborhood. The house is comfortable, up to date and very clean. The parking lot that is next to the house makes parking and loading easy. Emma was super nice and responsive to all our questions.

Stylish home, quiet neighborhood.
We came to town for a concert and stayed an extra night. The property is walkable to downtown. It’s a spacious and cozy house- we were perfectly comfortable with a group of 6 adults. It was the perfect house for us.
