"Wonderful luxury hotel in the best location near the pedestrian area and all the shopping as well as parks and baths The reception staff are amazing and incredibly helpful The breakfast was “ok”… the food spread was not bad although you expect more from a 4 star hotel and the staff are friendly and work very hard but ….. it seems a bit disorganized and the kitchen bit slower in responding to guest requests such as eggs , coffee etc…otherwise no complaint Rooms are extremely nice, cozy, romantic and very clean All in all highly recommended and a must repeat for our next visit to Baden Baden …"

"Everybody at the hotel was very friendly, and the area around it was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I would like to criticize is the fact that the parking spaces that the hotel provides are way too small for hybrids and SUVs. Free street parking in that area is almost impossible to find, and the ’payant’ spaces are outrageously expensive"

"Comfortable, clean room, not very big but adequate .Suited us for 2 nights. Minutes walk from the centre. Covered car park behind the hotel but a short drive around to it. Very pleasant staff. Nice lounge area. Did not have breakfast so can't comment on that. Good value. Strasbourg is a great place to visit"
