Staff dont apeak a lot of English, and if you ask for something using Google translate to help you (our TV didnt work the entire time we stayed) its impossible to get that sorted as they don't seem to want to. "We felt the property was very damp .. tried to light a fire with damp wood , bedroom was disappointing with window onto owners car park area , bedding one blanket , tucked in style , no proper kitchen to enjoy making a snack more like a service kitchen for staff. for 5,000 Euros for two of us we felt very disillusioned . Explained to owners staff it was not for us 'thank you and left. Asked owner for partial refund / refused. "

Staff were very communicative and nice and we had no trouble getting our access to the hotel and rooms set up before we arrived. Free luggage storage was super nice. "The property far exceeded our expectations. It was such a beautiful and tranquil setting surrounded by bikable landscapes And cafés. The property itself had so many features. You could easily spend a whole week there. my only regret is I wish we had more time. The host was so helpful. She even helped us find a Private chef and a yoga instructor! I hope to be back Sometime soon. "
