On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped. In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy. For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile. Spectacular breakfast, has everything. If you're traveling with friends and you're not comfortable being exposed, it can be tricky. We managed by taking turns in the shower while the other person went to the lobby/hangout area. Otherwise the place was great. Clean, comfortable, and it has luggage storage before and after check in/ out. "
