Standalone 1/1 Apartment Across From Beach and Next to Pool

This is a standalone building in a 1-story 10 unit complex, all surrounding a central pool. The front door opens directly to the pool. The ocean is directly across the street. With 3 beach accesses conveniently available.
The new wood look tile flooring will invite you in and the new couch will be the perfect place to rest at the end of a long day or to plan tomorrow's adventure. The kitchen is complete with full stove and refrigerator. There are also over 10 restaurants in walking distance.
Pool is heated in winter and chilled during summer.
This is the ideal unit for 2 people, but a 3rd could also stay on the couch. There is plenty of closet space. On site laundry is immediately adjecent through a side door. The beach offers the warm Florida water and the sun shines all year long. The beach also offers drink service from the hotel across the street for non-guests as well, so enjoy a cold cocktail while lying in the sand.

Fantastic place in a prime location, a block from beach, shops, and restaurants . Warm pool with lots of seating around to enjoy the enclosed courtyard. Pink apartment so nicely designed, decorated, and appointed with everything you need. Would definitely go again, but stay longer!

This was the perfect spot for me and my pup to stay while I was diving with Pura Vida Divers. Great location to the dive shop, the beach, and plenty of night life in the area. Would stay again.

Perfect Villa
This villa was perfect! It’s quiet and much relaxing! Couldn’t figure the living ceiling fan light or locate a remote but it was perfect otherwise. The residence are nice and the pool is clean! I’ll be back! I felt like I was at home! Thank you!

Great location. Cute apartment
We usually stay at a nearby hotel but decided to use this VRBO instead. It was perfect. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was laundry on premises. The only complaint was you could hear the people in the building next door pretty loudly through the kitchen door which led to the outside. But not really too much of an issue because we weren’t in the room too much. Overall, we loved staying here!

A dichotomy of amenities!
The posted photos don't show some nice updates & additions... massage chair, microwave, glass shower door, TV console, small dresser and more shelving in closet. Kudos for all that! However, so many basics are missing that it's ridiculous! Kitchen: dishcloth or sponge, dish towel, dish soap (yeah, how did the dishes get washed before our stay? looked like they didn't!), potholders, bakeware, ice cube trays, salt/pepper, SHARP knife (had one dull paring knife), scissors, BBQ utensils. Bathroom: a towel bar or hook, washcloths, hand towels (four bath towels were provided), hand soap. Bedroom: extra pillows were on the shelf closet, but I could find no pillowcases for them. Come to think of it, we didn't use the couch as a bed, but didn't see any bedding for that, either. For about a hundred bucks this place could be awesome, but instead we wasted part of our vacation making a list of must-haves and wandering around Publix finding them. Hope some of them benefit the next guests!

Review of Palm Shores property
I was quite disappointed for the price I paid. It was very basic and not clean. There is a small kitchen, but it lacks a coffee pot, no pan(s) for the oven, no kitchen towels or potholders or ice cube trays. There are no washcloths for the bathroom.
