Was really nice place to stay and super convenient to get around from. The whole place was nice and clean. I was in a room with no window so felt and smelt slightly damp given no ventilation but was otherwise good.
You get a great location, close to transport and amazing food in China, everything was walkable. Accommodation was clean enough and the facilities could use some more work. Good for the price though.
Rooms were nice and quiet. The bedding was clean. Overall it was a very convenient place for the price. Definitely will stay there again if I need a hotel in Singapore.
Absolutely fantastic location, very good concept- as long as you don’t mind using shared facility! My room was small built actually ideal. Great value for money!

Location is good. Staff lent us two umbrellas, which is very helpful. Don’t see staff most of time. No slippers, no napkins in the room. Room is very small, bed is very low and not much overhead space. Black glass everywhere, not sure if it’s double side mirrors. Coffee machine doesn’t work. No suger for coffee.

Good concept but Chinatown property seems to have a damp problem. I had to change my iniitial room but the second room was only slightly better. Sheets and towels were clean and the room was a decent size for the price.The staff that are only accessible through online chat are fast and polite. They just need to sort the damp.
Supreme location, 3 min walk to the Maxwell station, 7 min walk to Chinatown station, ideal for in-and-out and free-ranged travelling, many restaurants nearby, hawker centre within 5 min walk, the room is clean, but the ventilation of the room without windows is as expected, not good, with a quite strong smell.

Great location and had stayed before, but this time I had an absolute nightmare trying to check-in and access my room!
I must have mistakenly selected the room with no windows - that’s not my preference.
Had further issues trying to re-enter my room .
I left 1 day early!
Unsafe. Surprised that it gets approved in SIN. Last booking with ST Signature Group. Too high tech with room for errors on locked out at bathroom and rooms with no options of recourse. Shared kitchen bathroom unclean

Solid place to stay
Service amazing. I forgot to bring my power adapter for Singapore and upon check in they found me one to use for my entire stay. Above and beyond for customer service.
A bit more attention to detail for room cleaning would be good (dust around sides and corners of room which could easily be cleaned). Bathrooms clean, water and coffee and kitchen available. Smart little place in good location. I would return.
This hotel is very well situated inside Chinatown, and I appreciated the easy access to it. It was very inexpensive too. Now, the AC in my room smelled very funky, and the carpet had many moldy stains. The restrooms was only cleaned once a day. So considering that they were shared restrooms, most of the time they were dirty. I think it is good bang for your buck, but it is not without its drawbacks.
I've spent 5 nights on ST Signature Chinatown, and I was highly satisfied!
It is perfectly located in Chinatown, near MRT stations and lots of restaurants nearby.
The room is small but very comfy and has everything you need. Kitchen and bathroom are shared but there are 3 distincts showers so it's always free, and clean.
Arrival was smooth, only need to download the app and connect to their wifi, the rest is very easy.

This was the filthiest hotel I have been so far. Room was dirty, with brown spots on the wall, and was full of dust.
In the “kitchen” - which technically was not a proper one, rather a tea bar” - had arachnids around the counter top, kitchen hob and microwave.
Moreover, there’s no one that could assist you. Everything - from check-in to checkout - is done through an app. Funny enough you need to contact someone to get the app code to login, and the only way to do so it’s to send a WhatsApp message to them. They won’t answer phone calls, and WhatsApp response time takes at least 30 minutes.

While the place was clean and staff were friendly and helpful, management never replied to my initial email after I’d booked a room asking to have bed on a lower level. I paid extra to have a room with a window; however, accessing the bed via very high narrow modular stairs was an H&S issue. It made my stay very unpleasant as it was too hard to climb up and down as often as I would have like to.
Despite instructions, checking in and unlocking my room was also a stressful logistical nightmare. It was, overall, a disappointing experience.
