We arrived at hotel at 3 a.m., we received a warm welcome from staff. Great location and near 7-11. Clean and quiet room. Good value for money.

Tiny rooms barely big enough for the hard dbl bed
In life, you generally get what you pay for. In the case of this hotel, it’s relatively cheap, so we didn’t mind forfeiting the second night we’d paid for online before arriving. To their credit, Hotels.com reimbursed us even though the hotel didn’t. Tiny rooms in poor condition - spend a few dollars extra to get much more space and comfortable rooms close by. Unless you’re really desperate, I’d avoid this place, and would seriously consider spending the night at the airport on a bench.

Really nice stay. Wasn't the most luxurious place but served the purpose as a bed for the night. Can't complain. The service also good as arranged the airport shuttle for me as well.

Booking the room on 25.12.17. But your customer service Ms Kanisah melay people. She really bad service and very bad attitude with customers. My friend from China planning holiday in singapore two days. After that will going malaysia visit friends. 25 12.17 Really let me disappointed of her customer services. She are no responbility for resolving the issue and just know that one word - SORRY !!! No point that of this. CHECK IN AT 1PM She just ignore delay until 2.40pm plus also no take responbility on work. Finally we are left and no stay in hotel . Bcos Ms Kanisah never take responbility on work and never arrange the room. They didn't process refund all payment to us. We also full payment by credit card. Hope that please take action and refund full payment.

Location is obviously good although facilities and cleanliness could be better. It's ok to stay here if you get a very good deal price for your room and if you are just considering a private alternative to a hostel type of accommodation and budget. If on the contrary you are looking for a more than decent room suggest looking elsewhere.

In Chinatown
This was our forth stay at the Park 22. We were happy with the experience again as the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and it is very central.. It is no good expecting Western style rooms - they are small and the shower is not separate from the wash basin and toilet. We are used to this and accept it but if you are fussy it is not for you. Initially we were in a very small enclosed room - perhaps the last one as we arrived late - however in the morning we were given a much larger room with window. The small room would have been ok overnight but we were staying for 6 days. We intend to stay there again next year if we can. The hotel is in Chinatown with good food all around, next to the market and near to the MRT.

great location
being a single and getting a deal, i had a windowless room. this is fine by me, but may not be fine for other travellers. Personal shower and toilet makes up for this. This hotel is within a 5 minute walk from Chinatown and its street market and eating places, so it is ideal It is also within a good walking distance from Outram Park MRT and the Chinatown Stations. Ideal. No taxis required

Vacation Travel
The Hotel is located in a fantastic location for travelling the area. The Market is within comfortable walking distance, and the bus lines, subways, and tourist busses travel very close. There are many great places to eat nearby. I truly enjoyed my time at this location.

Hotel near Chinatown
This hotel is only a five minute walk away from either Outram park or Chinatown MRT station, making its location a strong reason to stay here. Check-in was quick and the staff are friendly. The room was smaller than I expected but it was comfortable enough for me as I'm rarely in the room anyway. The only thing I found annoying was the soap dispenser, I had to press it quite a number of times to get a decent amount of soap out of it. Other than that, it was a good stay.
