We stayed in a unit with two rooms at Lyf Farrer Park. The hotel makes very efficient use of space. Rooms are small but you have everything you need. It's very good value for the money given its location in Singapore. Highly recommended!

Property looked well maintained and is located in a great location close to shopping and dining options. The rooms are quite small but you don’t feel like you’re in a box. They don’t have tvs in the rooms so make sure you have some form of entertainment if needed

Love the city view from the room which barely can get with a budget friendly room rate. The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth. Staff are friendly and it's near the MRT and bus station. There's a mall right opposite which is super convenient.

Perfect Stay in Lyf Farrer park!
Stylish public space and cozy room. The one we ordered including a kitchen and dining area which is so convenient for easy cooking. There are so many sockets in the room which is very thoughtful. The share kitchen area and laundry room is also bright and clean. We joined the event for making kueh together, and tried some local snacks in that event. The friendly staff told us that they have different type of event quarterly, as well as monthly one for the residents. Lucky us for choosing Lyf Farrer park this time, and difinitely would back to here again.

Good stay, good for family.
We stayed there for 6 days, if you want to stay close to little India, this should me a go to place. We booked three room but two rooms are good enough for 4 adults and two kids. Don’t expect any room service. If you stay is less than 7 days then they clean your room, i should say “light clean” meaning they change your towers. Only for stay above 7 days has weekly only one full cleaning service
