The first night there waa no hot water, and the advertised pictures do NOT match what you get. It is very poor condition for the price. Because it is prepaid and non refundable we had no option but to stay the entire booking of 3 nights.
Zero stars Do NOT recommend
This is not a proper hotel for several reasons. It is quite old and cleaning is done to keep it looking tidy but still lots of dust in corners and behind TVs and shelves.
The WiFi is always down n unconnected because of heavy usage by other migrant workers who are also staying there. Part of the hotel seemed to be converted as housing for foreign workers. Although they are quite polite and keep to themselves mostly, their chatting can be heard outside of the thin wooden door.
There was a blackout which knocked the aircon n lights out and it took quite a while to be fixed. It is especially inconvenient without the WiFi and the main reason for an early checkout just after 3 nights instead of the full week of reservation. There is also an absolute no refund policy by the hotel.
The hotel reception Uncle is really kind and helpful, he tried to make the stay easy and to help with whatever problems. But he only works till latest 6pm and there’s no one at reception after that.
I had to take this hotel as I have many luggages and during this time with the SG National day and F1 event most budget friendly hotels are all fully booked. With the price of around S$130 per night, this hotel is neither value for money nor a comfortable stay given its current rundown condition and lack of facilities. Pictures on website does not match the real hotel too.
Rather find out about possible storage at backpackers hostel with shared facilities than staying at this hotel is my recommendation.
