There was no hot water 85 percent of my stay. Complained twice, first time they implied that i did not know how to use controls, second time they had me run the kitchen tap, sink tap and shower controls continuously for 5 to 10 minutes before taking a shower. This only worked 15 percent of the time. Otherwise i love the hotel.

Almost perfect but a couple things..
Location, service, property condition was great. Only detractors were the slight odor in the hallways and the lack of regulation of the AC. Could not attain a comfortable temperature. It was either freezing cold or too hot. Was constantly turning off the AC when it got too cold.

Hotel and room very clean with daily service which was great. Breakfast was included which was very adequate. Pool area big and was able to swim laps. Daily newspaper was available in the lobby. Small kitchenette was great to have though would have been good to have some written instructions for microwave. Convenience to major shopping was wonderful and there was a walkover bridge from the hotel right into a mall - very nice when raining.
