"Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, lots of complementary drinks and food (high tea/mini bar), pool is excellent and very clean. Excellent air con, rooms are massive and kept very clean. Food very good and good variety, nice mocktails. Would highly recommend, best 5 star hotel I have stayed at so far. Only very small comment would be that service for food was a little slow at lunch time and the bar seems a bit of a waste of space - I never saw anyone in it, we would have gone in to sit and play cards or something in the evening but we were not allowed as we had a baby. If they made it a seating place for all, I think it would be used more. "

"It was an exceptional experience staying at Fairfield by Marriott Chennai OMR. The staffs were polite, helpful, and professional. The breakfast spread could improve, but the quality of food served was excellent. This would be my go-to place during my future travel and stays."

"This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly. The hotel has a connected restaurant on the bottom floor, Golcondas Chef which has a variety of North and South Indian food dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the food. They also serve breakfast in the morning (included in the hotel stay). The breakfast itself was amazing - idly, poori masala, vada, gulab jamun, chutney, sambar and a drink. Items were brought hot and fresh from the kitchen. Overall, I would recommend this place and may return again in the future."
