"My wife and I spent a week relaxing in pt Pollenca using this apartment as a base place to relax. This is a very nice apartment well furnished in a great location. The view of the bay especially the sunrise is amazing from the balcony. Nice hosts welcoming helping with luggage and giving local information. Will use this property again. Thanks"

"A few minutes walk from the pine walk, then another few minutes along the pine walk to the first beach. Very close to Store which is great for drinks and also has a very handy spar next door. We really appreciated the foldable deckchairs that we could borrow for the beach, no need to hire them! Good sized apartment with everything you need, great for families of 4! Loved it, would recommend!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"Very nice property well located at the top of the hills around Port de Sóller. Quiet, great views, yet walkable to the beach (some elevation to cover though). Would certainly come back. Btw.: WiFi quality is great, for those that want to work during the stay. It has got a 250MB connection."

"The beach is beautiful, location excellent and the unit was well equipped. There is not an elevator. We did not find this an issue but some may want to know as the unit is on the 3rd floor. We appreciated all the little extras Miquel left for us. We would definitely come back!"

"Property had a musty smell, which was partly related to Port Soller Sewerage. Once the sewerage smell went the apartment continued to have an awful stench. We had to spend the min amount of time. We couldn’t open the windows and doors as there were several cats who seemed very at home. We are both highly allergic to cats. We couldn’t get rid of them. In addition the cleanliness of the apartment was appalling, The Agents seemed uninterested in helping. They did offer a refund, but only if...

"This place is a hidden gem. Each unit is very private with fabulous views, especially the sunsets. The pool was lovely to swim in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a quiet terrace to eat and relax in and a small kitchen with all essentials needed to self cater. "We loved our stay at the hotel! We struggled to find a place to park so ended up paying for onsite parking which was totally worth it! The staff was incredible- from the front desk to the handy man everyone helped us!! The only Minor inconvenience was the AC in one of our rooms didn’t work parts of the time, but we still enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to Mallorca as soon as possible, it’s an incredible island!
