"The hotel is easily accessible in mid downtown right on the harbor for our crossing over to Denmark. From our very spacious room, with a view over the very ferry boat which we ere about to board for our adventure to Helsingør, Denmark. Parking is right next door in a parking garage which also has convenience shops. The hotel is quiet and piecful. The staff, excellent, friendly. The receptionist spoke excellent English. "While the hotel has a great location and lovely breakfast, the check-in experience unfortunately left room for much improvement. Me and my partner were met by a young man in the reception with a bad attitude. I asked when arriving if they had better rooms available and he said yes, I then asked to be upgraded as this is part of the hotel program I'm part of, and free upgrades when larger rooms are available are one of the perks. He said he couldn't find any information about that and that I had...
