Great place and a great host!
We absolutely loved staying at La Pineta di Sinalunga! The rooms were great, property had everything we needed, and Francesca was an amazing host. One very minor note is the the listing is slightly misleading as it relates to AC. The main house does not have AC but rather there is a small annex unit (I assume rented separately) with AC. This was not a big issue for us because the weather was fairly cool during our stay but it could be a surprise for someone staying when it is hotter.
