Our apartment is a non-smoking property thus we kindly ask that you to use the outdoor terrace for smoking and refrain from smoking inside the property during your stay.

We also have a strict no-party policy, and ask that you refrain from hosting parties or gatherings at the apartment. The space was created for the enjoyment and comfort of all guests, and loud noise or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Pets are not allowed inside the rental or on the property.

We kindly ask that you respect the property and leave it in the same condition as you found it upon arrival.

We also kindly ask you to be mindful of energy consumption, turning off lights and appliances when not in use.
