"At check in, they kept insisting we have not paid for our room!, we had to show her our cc statement that it’s paid for. They won’t give us a room with a view, even though we were the only people staying there. We had to keep our curtains closed throughout as it was directly to an open top of the next building. At checkout, we were asked to pay for our room again! On our insistence, they let us go, as I said’ we paid for our room when we booked! Nice hotel, but the insisting that we have not paid for our room, even telling our driver who was waiting, makes me not happy as it sounds Ike we are staying for free! The staff spoke very good English and arranged our ride to downtown, train station, etc. in timely manner. We'd love to stay there again!"

"We paid for mountain view and we didn’t disappoint what we have. The property is a bit away from the street so a bit quiet. You need to hike a bit but most people should be ok. I won’t recommend a wheelchair person unless you go in/out using taxi/grab or bus. Traditional wet market doesn’t seems traditional at all. It is only 5 minutes away. ‘Gringo’ price is at least twice more expensive. Try less than half for the asking price."
