"The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back. "

"Overall the apartment was comfy, cosy and clean . I’m staying 5 nights , Only drawback is if staying longer , there were no housekeeping, yet the cleaning tool not being provided. "Place was a little hidden but around a lot of cool spots. There’s a hair salon, pharmacy, convenience stores, and bakeries/restaurants. It was a bit far from some areas but still there was a lot to do around. The room was small and the bath is very different from any other baths we’ve seen before. The place wasn’t that clean at first but we asked for a clean up and they did it super quick. Check in was super easy and check out too. It was a nice cozy spot."

"English speaking staff. Very helpful. Great location for Gangnam shopping - walkable everywhere. Bus (6009) stop to and from Incheon airport is only 100 meters away. Rooms are good reasonable if you are using only to sleep. I was out and shopping all day and used the room only to sleep. Rooms are outdated but gets the job done. "

"It was not like what I saw on the website. I made reservation with two queen size beds but they gave us a single bed. Additionally, the room was very dark and poorly lit, the towels were dirty and very old. I tried to contact Expedia but when I was chatting with Expedia’s virtual assistant, the communication was cut off. I want a full refund for this terrible experience."
