"It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view."

"Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. "The apartment is perfectly positioned with gorgeous views of the beach from every window. The apartment is on a hill and the walk to the beach, although short, is quite steep, so that may be a consideration for some. There wasn't a single thing we wanted during the stay that wasn't available: it is very much a home away from home. Rachel was a great host, easily contactable and friendly. "It was very easy to access the apartment with detailed instructions and photos. It is located in a former hotel and accessed by lift or stairs. The apartment is very well laid out and very spacious.
