Everything one would need to have a great relaxing weekend was thought of and we spent much time at the house hanging out and relaxing by the pool using the grill. "This rental was listed as having two bathrooms. It does NOT. There is one toilet and located within one of the bedrooms so guests in the other bedroom do not have access without going through the other bedroom. The bedroom without a toilet only has a shower. To enter the property you have to drive over a narrow, hazardous, wood plank bridge, difficult to do when a car is parked across the street. A dirty plunger was sitting on the bathroom shelf. There is mold growing on the edge of the kitchen...

Unlike other vacation homes, this one is truly someone's residence, so it contained many personal effects down to the homeowner's own hair products. "Aix is one of our favorite cities and we thought we would share it with two old friends. Each of us had our own bedroom with bath on separate floors and shared the light filled dining room/living room. The apartment has its own parking space which is an absolute must in the area. Only a few minutes walk to the center of the old town and the Cours Mirabeau and the lively markets. Communication was excellent with the owner, in this case his daughter, Marie-Amadine who speaks impeccable...

"It`s really deatched so quiet and comfortable. Modern but pleasant and light. The sea view is actually to side of balcony/terrace shown in photographs. V handy pedestrian short cut takes you straight down to harbour and its row of restaurants. Would stay there again."
