The hotel front desk gave me a room very close to the highway. I needed a non-smoking room, but when I walked into the room, I smelled a very pungent odor, and I was furious. The next morning's breakfast employee on the hotel's first floor had a very unfriendly attitude. Her service made me uncomfortable. My son was speaking English because of his braces, and she was telling him that she couldn't understand my son's English. I repeated what my son said after I heard this restaurant waitress answer. I think she should learn to respect others.

I was very happy with the check in process The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. TV options could have been better. Although I was very disappointed by the housekeeping staff that woke us up on our check out day at 8:30 am and continued knocking on our door several times after that. Check out was at noon! Annoying

We loved everything about our stay. Very welcoming. Friendly agent at front desk. Room was comfortable. Shower water pressure (which is a must have for me) was very satisfying. Just wish there was a fan to get steam out of bathroom.

Loved the location it was easy access to restaurants and coffee shops the only issue i had was that the hallways smelled like nothing good, usually with all of the hotels have a clean smell from the lobby to hallways this one doesnt especially the second floor the carpet is stained and smells pretty bad where I stayed other than that great hotel
