The apartment is located in the North area of Silvi Marina 50 meters from the sea in the protected area of the Ceranno park. Ideal for families with children and included in an elegant well-kept residence with private pool and baby pool. Assigned parking space and entrance with automatic gate.
The apartment is a comfortable and functional three-room apartment with a large and livable balcony with awnings where you can have lunch and dinner.
