Air-conditioned accommodation of 60m2 facing south-east with a balcony with panoramic view, is located on the 4th floor with 2 lifts in a luxury residential complex with unlimited wifi. Recent construction and quality. Ten minutes walk from the sea. (800meters)
Arrivals and departures on Saturday.

Composed of a large room with 1 comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space.
From a stay with dining room, living room with sofa bed, with 2 simple beds. 1 flat screen TV 80cm with French channels.
In a separate kitchen, fully equipped, household appliances to kitchen utensils and a table with 4 chairs.
Bathroom with bath rigid curtain for showers. Bidet, WC.
Public parking spaces.
Are provided: 60x100 sheets and towels.
Provide her towel for the beach.

The rental takes effect on Saturday from 14:00 until 12:00 the following Saturday.

For hygiene reasons pets are not allowed.
Smokers can smoke on the balcony.

Apartamento acolhedor e bem localizado.
Ficamos quase 50 dias no apartamento e foi uma ótima experiência. Nada a reclamar! Apartamento espaçoso, de frente, bem equipado, chuveiro a gás e ar condicionado na sala e no quarto funcionando bem. Da sacada víamos a lua nascer diariamente - muito lindo! Bem silencioso e ótima vizinhança, com restaurantes perto. Para ir à praia e ao centro precisávamos caminhar um pouco, mas nada desagradável e nem cansativo. Com certeza indicaríamos para amigos e voltaremos caso formos para Armação da Pêra (Algarve) novamente.

Bom dia. Apartamento muito bem localizado (para obter estacionamento facilmente). Limpo, muito acolhedor. A d. Vanda foi muito atenciosa e recebeu-nos com uma casa muito cheirosa e limpinha. Recomendo.
