We had a great time hanging out, hitting the slopes, and visiting Breck for the snow sculpture competition. This property is in a great location close to everything!
The condo was spacious and well decorated. It had everything we needed including a fully furnished kitchen with all the supplies. We will definitely use this place again for our ski trips.
Great stay in the Frisco/Silverthorne area. Condo has lots of rooms and bathrooms for larger groups of people. Everybody in my group enjoyed the stay and activities in the nearby areas for skiing and night life. Highly recommend staying here again.
The house worked well for our friends ski trip. Having a private hot tub and a heated garage is a huge bonus. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Well maintained home with excellent amenities and great location!
Can’t say enough about this property. Convenient, clean, and well maintained. Booking was easy and owner was very responsive. Spacious rooms and comfortable living areas make this an ideal rental
Will try and book again next year.
Visited with friends for skiing various resorts. Property was as advertised, appreciated the amount of bathrooms and beds. The hot tub needed service upon our arrival and the management company resolved within an hour of notifying them, great service.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with amazing views! It was very spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped, heated one car garage plus driveway, hot tub and fire pit in the back and laundry room. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out or come together. The view of the mountains and town were beautiful during the day and night. Very convenient location which gave easy access to different ski mountains, ski rentals, outlets, restaurants and grocery stores. The owners and property managers were excellent at communicating at all times. I definitely recommend this home and will be back. Thank you!

Guys ski weekend
we unanimously agreed the unit was of high quality, top drawer across the board. We were very impressed with all aspects. If we had any complaints, it was only about pots and pans and that was we did some high end meals at night. For basic cooking and where most people eat out on vacation, don't let this deter you. We could not have been happier and would love to stay again. Super impressed. incredible views. Great natural light. I personally could live their. :)
My husband and I were lucky enough to rent this house and it worked beautifully! Very much appreciated that the four bedrooms had their own private baths. And we liked having the half bath on the main level. The location was wonderful. We skied & boarded at Keystone and Breckenridge.
Well appropriated kitchen was much appreciated. (Wished that there were hangers in the kitchen for the dish towels.) We did learn to make sure the snow shovel was inside the basement door 😊As getting to the hot tub after fresh snow was a bit of a challenge. But we very much liked having a hot tub. And nice deep bathtubs, for those who didn’t want to sit in the hot tub when the snow was falling. Our 25 to 30 aged children thought that was a riot!
And speaking of snow- very thankful to have the garage!
Our crowd wasn’t much on outlet shopping. But we did enjoy Frisco Main Street. Also a shout out to Leadville. That was another fun outing. Loved good time adventures dogsledding. And appreciated the convenience of the townhouse house location as we only rented one car. So those who didn’t want to be with the others or wanted to go out at night, Uber was a very usable option.
Thanks for the stay!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Beautiful views but loud!
We really enjoyed our stay at this place overall.
Pros: The views were fantastic! It was super close to all the things we wanted to do: hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, shopping, etc. The hot tub was AMAZING, especially after a long day of hiking! There was plenty of room for our entire family, and the décor of the home was beautiful. It had all the amenities you would expect.
Cons: One thing that I felt was misleading was the fact that the home was actually located right next to a super busy street. The home does NOT have A/C (we went during summer) so you have to keep the windows open. The noise from the road was so incredibly loud at times we had to yell to be heard. The temperature with the windows open is very nice; however, I had a horrible time trying to sleep with all the traffic - cars, work trucks, shuttles and planes...yes planes flying over. It was horrible. Additionally, the grill did not work and even if it did it was so disguising I wouldn't use it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. It was a bummer because we had brought food specifically to grill. Another con would be the high cleaning fee and the fact that the check-out requirements were a lot for a cleaning fee that high. We had to take out all the trash from the house and walk it down the block to the dumpster, start the dishwasher and strip all the sheets. I wonder, what does the maid do? She doesn't clean the grill, we know that much. I don't mind paying a higher fee IF the big stuff was going to be taken care of. We VRBO several times a year all over the world and usually if it's a high fee it's lower hassle and vice-versa. Overall, not a deal breaker just something to note.
Overall, the condo was beautiful and we really did enjoy our stay. The cost would be more reasonable if split across multiple families and the home is big enough for more than 1 family comfortably. I would recommend this place to anyone who does not mind a busy street, who is splitting the cost and who enjoys beautiful views and close proximity to all the things!
We loved the condo/townhouse. It worked perfect for our family of ten. Loved the layout. King beds upstairs other beds down stairs with open plan on second floor. Plenty of space. Every bedroom has own bathroom. Kitchen is perfect and well outfitted with pots and pans for anything you may need. Plenty of plates, etc. it tub was great after hiking Mt Elbert. Location makes it easy to get anywhere you want to go. We would definitely stay again!
I can’t say enough about the quality and amenities of this 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo! Very well managed, super clean and well stocked kitchen.
We were 3 generations with 7 people. 4 baths was awesome and each was very spacious.
The grill and hot tub were great. 5 minutes to outlets and restaurants. 20 minutes to Keystone.
I’d give it 6 stars if I could.
Stayed here with 5 adults and having a bathroom for each bedroom was fantastic.
The kitchen is tiny, with enough room for two people at once tops. Parking is tight, but easy to deal with since we were there during shoulder season. Three spots is only accurate for compact to mid compact cars.
We had a few maintenance issues during our stay. Both the property management company and owner was attentive and responsive.
This is an end unit on a hairpin corner. You will hear snowplows and traffic. Did not bother my party.
Would stay here again.
We were extremely happy with the townhome, from the location and proximity to Frisco, Dillon and Breckenridge to the spaciousness and quality of the furnishings of all the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Having the fireplace, fire pit, hot tub and BBQ grill were all nice extras for relaxing at the end of the day. And the spectacular views from the kitchen and living room were amazing. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again should our travels bring us back to the area.
We enjoyed our family stay at this property overall. Cool views. Trails within walking distance. Not far from more serious hikes. It was super nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom and have access to the washing machine and dryer. Jacuzzi and fire pit were also fun. It was nice to have so much space.
The not so good:
- the queen bed in the downstairs room is in bad shape. The frame and box spring was broken and there was actually a large rock underneath it that was presumably set there to hold up the frame and box spring. It was a bit uncomfortable and just weird.
- there were boiler issues that caused us to lose hot water for awhile. The owner arranged for maintenance to come out and the issue was resolved, but it was a bit inconvenient.
Other than that, there was some wear and tear in other areas but this was a solid place to stay for six adults. The area is so beautiful. Thanks for a great vacation.
