Located just north of Silverthorne, this home is within walking distance to Trent Park complete with a playground, ball field, and fishing pond, or head to the Blue River to try out fly fishing. Just over one mile is The Raven at Three Peaks, where you can play nine or 18 holes, or travel less than two miles into Downtown Silverthorne to enjoy local restaurants and The Silverthorne Outlets. There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the immediate area, as well as five major ski resorts within a 30-minute drive.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
