We stayed here for 2 weeks. We've stayed in a number of the converted basement units that are common in the area, and it was really nice to be above ground and have lots of light from the many windows.
The place was spotless and the host was very responsive. Furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well outfitted although the place isn't really suitable for doing any extensive cooking; the small 2-burner cooktop can't fit more than one large pan at once, and the under-counter oven isn't the most convenient way to make morning toast, but for making simple meals we had everything we needed. Other reviews mentioned issues with hot water, but we never ran out.
One downside is that you don't have the ability to control the AC yourself, so we always had to message the host whenever we needed the temperature adjusted, but she always responded quickly. The biggest downside for us was that there was an error in the listing, saying there was a queen bed when in fact it's just a double, and that's really too small for us. I think that's been corrected now.
The place is located on a busy large street, but this particular unit is set well back from the street so we weren't ever aware of road noise. There's shopping, restaurants, and a nice park nearby.
