"Me and a group of friends rented this Yurt for a little hiking weekend trip! The yurt was really nice and the property was beautiful. Justin provided a sled to us to help trek our stuff up and it was really helpful! The only issue we had during the trip was with parking. "We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. "

"Exactly what was advertised! Great location and cozy log cabin experience. The bit about the mice droppings is also accurate:) it would make a big difference to clean up droppings prior to guests arrival. We knew it was rustic but having droppings on the clean towels and plates in the cabinet was a bit of an ick.Thank you for the opportunity to share our experience. "

"Great stay at the in town cabin. Plenty of space for our family of 4 plus our dog. Great location. Only thing we didn’t love about it was dealing with North Conway traffic anytime we left to go hike up further north. But heading out early solved that. Overall great stay in a great area!"
