APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Studio apartment on the 3rd floor with balcony, approx. 39 m2. West facing position. Kitchenette, microwave, sink and mini fridge. Shower/sink/toilet. Living/bedroom with a boxspring bed (160 x 200). Radio and TV with satellite. Mountain view. Garage place. Pets are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The one-room apartment is quietly located in the centre of Champfér, just a stone's throw from the bus stops that quickly connect Champfér to St. Moritz, Pontresina, Samaden, Silvaplana, Sils and Maloja, as well as to the respective ski lifts, railway stations, sports centres, surfing facilities and tennis courts. Cycling and cross-country skiing trails that cross the Engadin lakes pass through Champfér. Hiking trails can also be reached in a few minutes. There is a grocery shop in the immediate vicinity.
The studio is connected to a well-known hotel. From December to March, access to the studio is provided both from the garage, where the car park is located, and from the main entrance of the hotel. During this high season, guests of the studio apartment can use the restaurants and bars for a fee. For breakfasts (for a fee), guests must register at the hotel the evening before.
From March to December, however, access to the studio apartment is only via the garage. The restaurants and bars are closed. From the end of June to mid-October, however, it is possible to announce yourself at the hotel for breakfasts for a fee.
SPECIAL
During the hotel's opening times, studio guests have free access to both the hotel's wellness area and the hotel's private ice rink (in winter).

The team was very helpful throughout the stay — from booking to checking out. There was not a single inconvenience, all was perfect. Was extremely smooth and was allowed to check in earlier. I picked up the keys and the team guided how to get to the apartment. PERFECT It was an amazing apartment with great mountain view from the window. The apartment is located on 5-star hotel’s premises (Giardino Mountain), which is a paradise in the mountains. Spa from the hotel was included, it was relaxing after a day of mountain biking in the mountains. The apartment has all necessary amenities and it’s a perfect place to escape a city for a weekend. I very look forward to coming back again soon.

Die Wohnung 321 in Champfer ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Sehr ruhig, tolle Ausstattung - sogar gratis Kaffekabseln und div. Teesorten - genügend WC Papier und Kleenex wie in einem Hotel. Den Schönen Spaabereich im Hotel Giardino habe ich sehr genossen, sogar Bademantel vorhanden. Es macht fast kein Unterschied ,ob ich Hotelgast bin oder Mieter dieses Appartement. Nur bezahle ich die Hälfte des Hotelpreises. Also uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war schon bereit für uns und wir haben auch ein "Willkommen-Packet" bekommen. Kontakt war immer möglich, LOGA hat auch für uns die LOGA Karte vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sauber und sehr schön. Die kleine küche hat alles was ich brauchte zum kochen.

Weil unsere diesbezüglichen Kommentare in den vergangenen Jahren nicht gefruchtet haben, haben wir nun eine gute SIGG-Pfanne gekauft und diese in der Wohnung gelassen, damit alle Mieter diese künftig benutzen können.
