"This is one of the nicest rentals I have used. Quiet. 3 bedrooms, each with its own bath, etc. is great for mixed groups, especially birders like us who are here to check out the raptors in the area. Great view of the water. We'll be back."

"This was a nice quiet spot in a safe neighborhood near the beach and shopping. It is a granny unit/ADU in the backyard of the main house, which the host's family lives in. Aaron is very communicative and gracious. "

"To start the owner gave me the wrong keypad code and I kept calling and texting him for almost an hour and no response til I called the actual company for them to get a hold of him to finally realize he gave me the wrong code. Also I understand it’s your property you renting but to have your own shoes out and about around the house just felt a little weird to see."

"Our group of friends came over from Seattle to shop and meet up with a friend who lives on the island. The house was great; all the beds are comfortable, the house is immaculate, easy/ample parking, and the neighborhood is quiet and nice. We loved the little extras like extra blankets & towels, a fully stocked spice collection, and all the canoeing & kayaking decorations. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the instructions to take out the trash. The first "welcome" email included...

"We get away for Thanksgiving each year, for a couple of decades. Some homes are not as advertised. THIS home did not disappoint. The access to the beach, the view to Whidbey and the Olympics are gorgeous, the family space from kitchen, dining to family room is wonderfully open concept. The only thing that was a bit odd was the family room tv to watch Christmas movies was oddly placed and exceptionally small. Otherwise...perfect stay! "

"I will keep this short and sweet. You want to stay here. It is a lovely house with tons of character and all the amenities you may need. While we didn't end up using the kayaks and toys in the boat house (though we were very tempted), the view from the spacious sunroom was amazing and where my friends and I spent most of our time chatting and playing tabletop games during our stay. Plenty of seating for all. The kitchen is updated and fun to cook in, and I slept super well in the master suite...
