"The cottage was super-warm and cosy, clean and stylishly decorated. The location is quite remote (about 15 minutes drive into Ystad) and there are no facilities on your doorstep. Bearing this in mind, it would have been lovely to find a pint of milk in the fridge for tea/coffee on arrival. Also, the kettle was broken - a minor issue as we used a saucepan to heat water, but I seem to remember a previous review mentioned this, so clearly the owner had forgotten to buy a new one. "This hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s so convenient to walk from the train station, less than 5 minutes away, several excellent cafes and bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. The breakfast that is included is a buffet that was above and beyond our expectations, perfect selection and everything was so fresh! The bed was so comfortable. The room was great, excellent soundproofing. We had a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful square. This was an excellent choice and we want to return to Lund, in part to stay at this charming, elegant hotel! "
