"Overall good. However, it could have been better if following things were looked at the owner. 1. Room door does not shut automatically 2. Bathroom door does not shut 3. Space in the room where the safe deposit box is situated needs attention. The door of this space does not shut and therefore, light does not switch off, not good especially when one tries to sleep at night. 4. "First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). "Very nice quiet property. Lush green environment for a quiet getaway. Excellent staff. Bit hard to get in and out of. Not much options around the hotel for dining. If you are in a car it will be fine. Getting Uber will be a challenge."

"Booked as a stop over to. Arch an early flight, the staff were welcoming and helpful. It’s not easy to find unless you have a knowledgeable driver as the hotel reception is on the 3rd floor above shops, the access is at the rear. We were met at the lift by a helpful porter. Good value for money and a result for us."

"Tonmoy was great. He offered so much help and many suggestions on places to go locally. He even took me to a tea shop. The dates for my trip weren't available all in one room but he was willing to let me change rooms a few times so I was able to stay for all the dates I needed. Very accommodating. Communication was great, he was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend staying at Bashundara if you're in Siliguri, Tonmoy will make it a great stay."
