"Stayed here a few times. It's an affordable, dog-friendly hotel in a fairly quiet area. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Staff are helpful, and the lift was working this time. The only minor annoyances about the room were that it was a tiny bit cold even with the lukewarm radiator fully on; and one of the old spotlight bulbs wasn't working so it was a bit dark (seems like a no-brainer to put LEDs in, unless people nick them or something). "I was surprised as the cost of the single room so was expecting the worst. However this place was great from the minute I stepped inside. Good size room. Lovely pool to relax in. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location for getting into town. Great staff I highly recommend it. "

"Everyone has been nice and helpful. The wash basin was blocked and not enough English tea and milk been provided but once mentioned to the staff then all been solved. The dining lady Tan was very nice and she suggested some good restaurants around the area. "

"Good location, nice clean hotel, easy to check in and check out via the Hilton app, the app can be used as a digital key to open your door via your phone. Breakfast had good selection. Would recommend the hotel as would definitely stay here again."

"Ok until a herd of elephants moved into a room above us - very little sound insulation. Room cleaning had not been the best - check the state of the mattress!"

"Jacuzzi out of order which I wanted to use and early check in confirmed but then wasn’t available. Other than those 2 things everything spot on. Staff friendly, place very clean and spacious and great toiletries provided. "

"Lovely clean rooms and easy check in/out. We got the conjoined rooms we requested on booking without any issue. I hadn’t realised there’s a daily charge for the car park, but it’s capped so not too expensive. Note there are no plug sockets on the side of the room by the beds, so unless you have a really long charging cable, you won’t be able to reach your phone! It was unfortunate the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during our stay and communication from hotel staff at the time...

"Check in was easy, the guy was so helpful- I think he was called Mackenzie! Let us check in 20 mins early as the room was ready, explained how we could walk to the NEC. Room was fine, beds were comfy, it was fairly clean , shower worked well. Breakfast was amazing, fresh pancakes my son loved! Overall an amazing stay for the price "
