"I never got to stay here, as it turned out that not only do they not have any front desk later in the evening, but they were also absolutely unwilling to do anything to help after I realized that my flight was arriving late and there would be no way for me to check in. They were unwilling to do anything to help, and simply suggested that I cancel my booking for the night, which was rather unhelpful, considering the fact that the only booking option available was non-refundable. "We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year.
