Easy access to hotel ( 5 min by official taxi from airport). Staff was great! Hotel very clean. Room was nice and accomadated 4 nicely. The suite had a great little kitchen. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. Gym and game room were nice to!

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel I booked a night at City Express Suites but was deceptively moved to a much cheaper, substandard room in the City Express hotel without explanation. The room was in unacceptable condition: the toilet didn’t flush, it reeked of cigarettes, and the door had no number. To make matters worse, another guest who arrived after me was given a suite while I was denied the room I paid for. When I requested a refund, the staff refused and made it impossible for me to resolve the issue. This was an appalling and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

El lugar en general está bien aunque puede mejorar. La primera noche encontrè una cucaracha en mi habitación, la taza del baño estaba manchada y las personas que trabajan ahí no soy muy cálidas que digamos. Durante el desayuno buffet no se surtía rápido la comida cuando se acababa, había que estar esperando y eso que no éramos más de 10 personas las que estábamos en ese momento en el área de desayuno.
