"The location is really great, with only 5 min walk to the railway station and a 20 min ride to central Stockholm. The area is nice and calm, apart from some traffic noise. The house and garden are a bit worn, but the friendly and helpful host responded fast and efficient when we pointed out some minor flaws. Check-in as well as check-out was very convenient."

"Positiv: das Haus ist gut gelegen, Bahn und kleiner Laden sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar; auch abends lohnt sich ein Spaziergang an die nahe gelegenen Seen. Der Vermieter antwortet umgehend auf Anfragen. Negativ: zuerst fallen die ungepflegten Außenanlagen auf, die untere Etage ist sehr muffig und man kann nachts die 2 Zimmer unten schlecht lüften, da die Türen gleich Fenster ist. Wir haben die Zimmer unten deswegen nicht genutzt. Ein Zimmer unten ist auch Durchgangszimmer. Insgesamt...

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Parkvillan. We were welcomed with a nice basket of goodies and a detailed folder of information for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s a bright clean house with a very nice backyard and lawn furniture. Carolina, our host, made sure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this place. "

"Einen Tag vor Anreise wurde die Unterkunft storniert, erreichen konnten wir keinen mehr. Da wir schon in Schweden waren, standen wir auf einmal ohne Unterkunft da, obwohl wir schon im November gebucht hatten. Macht den Urlaub gleich viel entspannter."

"The area was beautiful and the house was nice but several appliances were damaged and communication with property manager was difficult. I had to communicate through her colleagues just to check in. I enjoyed the stay regardless."

"Es war unser erstes Ferienhaus in Schweden. Das Haus entsprach der Anzeige. Die Lage war toll, so dass wir jeden Morgen in den See baden gehen konnten. Auch die Wanderung um die Halbinsel Smidö haben wir sehr genossen. Als einmal der Strom weg war, hat sich der Vermieter sehr intensiv darum gekümmert das Problem zu lösen. Auch der Whirlpool mit direktem Blick auf dem See war fantastisch. Würden wir bestimmt wieder buchen."
