As expected, the parking space was tight, but with care we managed to get our large car into it, but could also park on a nearby street with a permit organised by the host. "We had such a lovely 2 night stay here! The lodge was in pristine condition, with all necessities like tea, coffee, milk. The hot tub was ready for us to get in. There were plenty of useful extras like iron, travel cot, hairdryers, plenty of toilet rolls. There was an en-suite with shower and a family bathroom too. "We were a family of 6 with large dog who found being able to have grandparents in the cottage and meet up in the house a great idea; privacy for all and yet also able to be together with safety of locking main entrance door . All areas were really clean, ample room for family & all the modern conveniences We found the local Street perfect location and all Pubs cafe and shops ideal"

"The bungalow was perfect in every way.Very clean, good quality furniture and fittings ( great shower) and a good enclosed garden for the dog.The setting was also great.Just across the road was a wide expanse of grass leading to the cliff tops and a walk down to North Beach which was perfect for dog walks."

"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"We have had a great October break. The cottage is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Ideal location to walk the coast into Brid and back (land train optional). Short distance to Filey. Scarborough - where our children enjoyed Peasholm Park feeding the squirrels. Hosts also provided Sewerby Hall entrance tickets. A great week had by all. 😊 xx"
