Didnt realize it was 2nd floor, parking on listed site was impossible to use. owner found another site a block away we were assigned next to dumpster. someone was parking next to the entry way dumpster. Nearly impossible to navigate if you have anything later than small vehicle. shared laundry room where you are to leave towels and linens in before departure. the problem is that not good process to move laundry. Both washer and dryers fulll of linens no one attended...
