This open-concept villa has lots of natural light and are furnished with beach style furniture and decor to add to your vacation experience.
Villa 17 is located next to the pool and is about 200 steps to the beach; the best of both worlds!

It features 3 flat screen TV's (55"in the living room) and an outdoor patio set. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances.

If you want to enjoy the sugar-white sand of Crescent Beach, shop or just relax by the pool, Located directly on the beach side of Midnight Pass Road, we offer something for everyone: Wi-Fi, cable television, generous closet space, a lanai or glassed-in porch and a fully-furnished kitchen.Just a short stroll through our property to our walkway to the world famous Siesta Beach, with it's white sand made of 99% pure quartz. Buggy carts are there for toting toys and coolers.
Crescent arms is a short walk to the South Village of Siesta Key where you'll find restaurants, entertainment, tiki bar, paddleboard, jet ski and bike rentals, ice cream. There is also a free trolley to take you to the North Village, where you'll find an assortment of shops, bars, restaurant and entertainment.
