Access is steps away thru a shared community gate; the code to the gate is provided upon arrival. We offer complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas (available outside the office on a first-come, first-served basis). For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Our stay was great and supported by the staff. There was an issue with the ac unit and the manager took immediate action to fix the issue. Location was great with easy access to the beach and multiple pools. Also will stocked with beach chairs.

OK place in a great area
Really enjoyed the Siesta Key, Crescent Beach area. The property has a lot of charm, good landscaping, and small community feel. We stayed during a tropical storm and had no major flooding issues or water intrusion into the unit. On the negative side, the unit wasn't cleaned well, TVs are poor quality, and we overall felt that the price didn't reflect the quality of the place.

Great location! Unit was smaller than the photos made it seem, and pool was pretty tiny but we had access to the nice saltwater pool next door. Easy walk to bars and restaurants and a quick Uber ride to siesta key.

A great place for my adult family, very clean, close (walking) to the beach food and night life. Love the property manager; responsive and very friendly even though she's a Chiefs fan. They provide beach chairs as well. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and will be looking to return again next year. The accommodations were very clean and as pictured online. Our flight landed later than expected but the team ensured we were set to check in after hours. I appreciated their phone call to set us up for a relaxing vacation. The best part was the short walk to the beach!

The pictures for this unit doesn’t do it justice! Beautiful unit, very clean, with a gorgeous kitchen and bedrooms! We loved our stay here, and the staff was so friendly and helpful! If you’re on the fence, do it! We hated to leave.

Very close walk to beach
We were there for just 2 nights and wanted to be very close to the beach. This fit the bill. A very brief walk. Although this place provides beach equipment, we chose to rent umbrella/chaise setup from a vendor right there were you enter the beach. 7-11 Store is also a very brief walk which is also very convenient. Condo was clean and well equipped.

Shower in one bath would not get warm because the mixer was broken. Sink was very slow to drain in the one bathroom. mattresses in both bedrooms are incredibly uncomfortable...need replaced.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cozy room but Air Conditioner did not work. Had to leave windows open all night long and guess what... Garbage trucks showed up around 5AM. Do yourself a favor and see if the AC is fixed before the REALLY hot days come to Florida.

Beach club isn’t what it used to be
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this same resort years ago and had a much better experience than we did this time around. The kitchen table was very wobbly and we had to keep a paper plate under it just for everyone to eat. One of the chairs actually fell apart and we had to put the bolt and nut back on it. There was a hefty sized crack in the shower floor that appeared to have been patched up but was not comfortable to stand on and the wall water temperature control kept falling off. Lastly, we had a very small chunk of the beach we were allowed to use evidently which wasn’t made clear to us when we booked the room and also wasn’t like that when we last stayed there in 2013. Beach monitors from the surrounding resorts would kick you out if they identified you were staying at the beach club which was extremely annoying and again, not sure where this is made clear when your booking the room, just know you have a very small area that was also next to some sort of drain which stunk.

Good location especially as we could walk most places as the traffic was heavy. Nice beach but very little space for those not staying at one of the ocean side locations. Enjoyed having the deck space, kids liked the pool and hot tub. Florida is pricey and this was no exception.

Perfect accommodation!
Absolutely loved our stay here! The condo had everything we needed for my Bachelorette party. The two beds were big and having the two bathrooms was great. From the full kitchen to the laundry machine/dryer in unit, it had it all. Shaunna at the front desk was lovely and even gave us a courtesy call after 3pm to tell us we could check in early. It was walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Easy, clean, and lots of amenities. Would love to come back!

The location was cute and we loved the lush tropical landscaping around the buildings and paths we took to get to the pool and beach. The staff is very attentive and the unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. Will definitely come back! Definitely go to Captain Curt’s or the Sniki Tiki (same business)...they had the BEST fried shrimp, pina coladas and cheese curds!
