For those looking to experience more - the Siesta Key public beach is a short 2 mile drive from the resort and includes a snack bar, tennis courts, a playground, picnic and grilling areas, a weekly drum circle and more.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Location was perfect. Very short walk to the beach and a short drive to the village for a day of shopping. The only thing I would change is to pull the carpet out of the bedroom and tile it. It seemed dirty and constantly damp. I would also put a light above the sink and have more kitchen utensils. Lastly, because the unit was the furthest from the server, we could not get on the WiFi for our entire stay. All and all we loved it and will return. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. Quick walk to the beach and in walking distance to several restaurants, a seafood market, liquor store, drug store, convenience store and a quick trolley ride further into Siesta Key. The property was nice. Our unit was clean. Only problem we had was that we had no hot water in our unit. Fortunately the unit next to us was vacant, so the manager gave us access to it to use the bathroom. Plumber tried to fix the hot water, but we did not have any for the duration of our stay. However, we did receive a credit, so was satisfied with the outcome and the accommodation and how the issue was handled. There are two very nice pools for guests to use and the free beach chairs that we could carry to the beach were a big plus. Overall, I liked this property and especially given the reasonable price, would stay here again.

Beautiful beach condo. Mattress is like sleeping on the hard ground!
We absolutely loved our stay and plan on returning next summer. The private beach is incredible and we were right in the middle of all the stops and restaurants. We walked everywhere. Customer service was great and people were very kind and accommodating. Just wish the mattress wasn't so hard. It was like sleeping on a rock.

Great location, low on supplies.
Great location, staff was great. Property was fine - the only reason I would take a star away is for some reason the rental manager wouldn't give us an extra blanket. We had a couple "towel" like feeling blankets and they said they couldn't give us anything else. Weird to risk customer satisfaction on something so trivial. We flew, so we couldn't take bedding with us.

Cute small condo
100B is a cute small condo, perfect for 2. While we had a couple of small issues with the maintenance of our unit, it was still usable. Close to the beach, and a nice play to stay. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping!!

Location makes it worth it
No oven no sink water pressure, no one bothered to keep us posted on any possible repair or corrections. 2 blocks off water/beach makes it ideal. Won’t stay here again but we booked late and had to settle on something.
