Great amenities!
Just perfect for the 2 of us. Great location. We had beach chairs, beach carts, toys for the beach, coolers and bicycles available for use. This is a great set up!

Very leaky shower, parking was not properly marked but worked out. The pull out sofa in studio was very uncomfortable. Lack of property instructions. We did like how close to town & beach it was located.

Perfect!
Very nice and clean place to stay. The bed took a little getting used to but was easy to blow up. Small but we had everything we needed. The beach gear was terrific! The owner was great to work with and was able to give us a later check out due to our later flight home. Would stay again!

Siesta Key Village Studio - Excellent Choice!
The unit was perfect! Cute, clean, and convenient with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect too, located right in the heart of the village (restaurants, shopping and free trolley!) while still private in a beautiful neighborhood setting along the peaceful canal, simply to bird watch, or grab one of the bicycles in the shed for a beach ride. Pure Zen.Shout out to the super host, real nice, helpful and responsive! Thanks Brian!! Hope to be back soon, Cheers !

Location, Location, Location!
You can't beat the location at all! A few minutes walk to the beach and less than that to all the shops and restaurants. Even being so close to the action we didn't have any issues with outside noise. The pictures and descriptions are spot on. The beach paraphenalia was adequate along with two perfect bikes to use around town. Don't get me wrong, it's small, but we knew that going in. The couch has a pull-out air mattress that does stay fully inflated all night, but I made it work. The hosts were great with communication and assistance when needed. We would go back again.

Bed bugs with lots of videos and bites and pictures of bites so bad doctor visit required .
This studio was filled with bed bugs. Our honey moon was destroyed my wife was bitten so bad all over her face and neck she was embarrassed to even Be out in public. All of our expensive belongings are ruined. We found bugs in every bag we had in there. Our computers had them in there. We have picture and videos of the bugs in the space crawling all over. We have pics of my wife’s case swollen and neck area so bad she looked different then herself. Bites literally covering her body swollen the size of marbles. We filed a complaint 5 days ago with no response from Vrbo!!! We need to hear back or we will escalate.

Canal studio, Siesta Key Village
We had an amazing time at the studio canal rental. All though small it was sufficient. We had everything we needed. It was clean, the other tenants were very friendly. Brian the owner was very accommodating. I never had to ask for any information. He texted me with the check in information before I could even think of it I would recommend any of his rentals and would stay there again.
