Siesta Key Condo, w/ heated pool, on Crescent Beach, w/ beautiful 4th floor view

Nicely appointed 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath, Fourth Floor Condo with ocean view from balcony. Dining table easily seats 6 guests, & Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans, small appliances (like crock pot, toaster, coffee brewer, etc.), all you'll need for cooking & serving. King size bed in master suite (iSeries Hybrid mattress that is comfortably cool & supportive to all sleeping positions!), 2 queen (medium/firm pillow top) beds in 2nd bedroom. Condo has hurricane windows, Stone floors throughout, Granite counter tops, & 3 large flat screen TVs.
No need to cross the street to get to beach, enjoy a (less than) 2 minute walk from the door to the sand (with our private beach access gate). Beautiful white sands cool to the touch! Chairs & chaise lounges free to our guests on the beach. Also in condo, we provide beach umbrella & chairs, also beach towels! 2 Washers & 2 Dryers (coin operated),conveniently on each floor, near elevators.
The South Village is just across the street, so it's an easy walk to numerous SHOPS and RESTUARANTS. N. Siesta Key Village is just 2.5 miles north. Marina within 5 min walk to book your boating , jet skis, and parasailing.. Nicely located just off the South Bridge onto Siesta Key. Leave your car parked and walk or ride the Free Trolley (which stops right out front every 20 mins), to check out everything Siesta Key has to offer!

Wonderful Condo
The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. The decor of the condo is bright and inviting. It was very clean and we had access to beach supplies which was a nice surprise. Check in was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, super location
This condo was very nice, the location was super, short walk to the beach. There was a short walk to Captain Curt’s. I had some questions but didn’t get a response from the owner.

My wife and I stayed here with our one year old and loved it. The location is perfect, close to shops restaurants and the beach. Had a minor issue at check in but host responded immediately and resolved it within 30 minutes. Overall would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous week in Siesta Key. Second time there, stayed at Sea Shell both times. This unit was well stocked with all things needed for a week long stay. While everything was functional, some of the appliances and bathroom features could use some updating. But, it did not interfere with our stay whatsoever. Thank you Malinda for a great week. We will be back!!

Perfect beach vacation!
What a great place. The condo has everything you need and the location couldn’t be better. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The Sea Shell Condos are convenient to many restaurants and shops and very easy to get to the village. We will be back!

Awesome condo with the perfect location! Across the street from some of the action and the trolley stop when you want to head to the other village! Easy walk to the beach which was so convenient! You need it - she had it - chairs, umbrella, towels, toys (if you have littles), games, and a safe place!

Great location, but a few problems
Great location. Unit was clean and nicely decorated, except for master bathroom shower. There was noticeable mold on shower tile, shower head, shower curtain and shower control knob. Master bathroom fan was very loud. Several kitchen pans (the ones that you use most often) were badly scratched and discolored. Rust on some dishwasher and freezer racks. Just not what you expect for an expensive beach condo.

Great location and very clean. Could have been better stocked with plates, glasses, especially wine glasses. Well stocked with basic toiletries. Owner was very responsive. Mattresses were not comfortable. Overall a very pleasant experience and would return.

Beautiful beach, great location, and the condo had everything you could possibly need.
Malinda was a great host. The condo had EVERYTHING from beach towels, supplies, and toys, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items. We were just a short walk from the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. The beach was gorgeous and there were lounge chairs available every day!!
