Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay). Wonderful from Start to Finish
We had a wonderful stay! Start to finish. It was easy to check in, find our room, park and out unit was exactly as described. The view was awesome and beds were comfortable. The walk to the beach was just a couple of feet and everyone was so friendly. We are definitely coming back!

Absolutely beautiful!! View and condo was wonderful and exactly like pictured. Clean, quiet.. everything was close .. from restaurants to beaches, market etc. Loved it.

Very nice location
Had a great time at the facility. Close to village and on the beach. Great communication with property team. Only improve my was locating the key to get in as it was not at the facility. We had to pick it up in a little office area/ strip mall key box which wasn’t anywhere near the property. All in all we loved it!

Beautiful view and beach
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The access to the beach was so easy and close. It was nice having a pool on both sides of the property so you could have a bay view as well. Both elevators were working so we were happy about that. Keeping the temperature at 74 degrees was a little warm but we used fans that were provided. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Clean and such views!!
We really enjoyed this property. Everything went smoothly and the trip was lovely. The unit has everything you might need. The beach is right outside your door and just seeing the lovely beach and gulf waters from the windows just raises your spirits. This is a great complex with tennis, beach chairs, etc. Easy access to the village and restaurants and we felt so safe in the secure building and complex. We will be back!

Relaxing Girls Weekend
This property is absolutely perfect! It’s a wonderful space and the location is perfect, it is literally steps to the beach! It had everything we needed. We had some problems with the air conditioning but the owner was quick to respond which was greatly appreciated! Wonderful place to stay, I highly recommend it!

Check in was a joke, so unorganized. Unit was not cleaned well. Dirty pots in kitchen, literally dried sauce and food on them. Some bugs found, including in kitchen drawers. Air conditioning was terrible in the bedroom near the living room/kitchen area. Like the heat was on! Windows cheap, severe wind whistling and rattling keeps you up at night.

Incredible!
The beach, location, property, and condo were amazing! My biggest complaint would be that you can’t set the temperature below 74 degrees. It’s too hot for me like that. I couldn’t sleep, but otherwise it was a great place. We loved it.

perfect beach
The unit is perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The master bath had plumbing issue the whole time, the plumber could not clear so w the whole family had to share shower in the 2nd bathroom. The master bed mattress is unevenly wore and one of the two elevators were not working the whole week and the 2nd elevator didn’t work for a day so we had to walk up 7 flights with grocery bags. Other wise parking and walk to beach was perfect.

Exquisite Beachfront Property
We loved the property. We loved having views from all rooms, immediate access to Siesta Beach and it’s’ sugar white fine sand and the turquoise blue Gulf of Mexico water. It’s completely magical. Swims in the gulf and the warm Florida sun were spectacular. We loved the area, fantastic restaurants, available grocery stores, sites to see. We especially enjoyed Mote aquarium, liquid blue kayaking through the mangrove tunnels and Crystal River swimming with Manatees. Our favorite restaurants included Owens Fish Camp, Spearfidh grille (get the corn on cob), Phillipi Oyster Bar, and Summer Home steak and their carrot cake?’ Wow !!

We had a wonderful stay. I did have a few issues though. First and foremost there is only ONE working elevator. This is a huge issue when condos are full. Being on an upper floor (10 floors) there are times you have too many items to carry up the steps. The walls are also really thin. You hear everyone upstairs, downstairs, and beside you. Other than that the location and convenience are great! 24 hr security and they are extremely helpful! Beautiful property and well maintained. Very clean!

The unit was very nice and well furnished. The main bathroom tub did not drain. Maintenance was notified but the issue was not corrected before we checked out. More trash bags should be placed. The welcome email did not mention check in procedures or that a parking pass was required. Having one working elevator was problematic. I wish I would’ve been told that one elevator was not working.

Just fabulous!
I visited this property with 4 of my best friends. We had a fabulous time. We especially appreciated Jonathan who helped us set up our chairs each day. Only two complaints, 1) the call box didn’t work at all for check in. After such explicit check in instructions, you would think that tidbit would have been mentioned. 2) one of the elevators was broken. A fellow guest who travels to Palm Bay frequently informed us it had been broken since April. Sort of frustrating but overall a wonderful stay!
