We loved being a short walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo was lovely with all the amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. Patio was great. So nice to be able to sit out and appreciate the Florida weather!!

Siesta Hideaway
Great location on the intracoastal! Fun to watch the boats go by from the lanai or dock right outside the door. Condo is clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Easy check in and out. Hope to return!

Beach getaway with friends
This little condo is such a gem! The view of the water when you walk in the door is amazing. We loved sitting on the dock or the patio watching the boats go by. Condo was well appointed with all the little necessities and so many thoughtful touches. Great location to walk to many restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location for a quiet stay. Off the beach, bay side. Meeds a few things done(water bubble in ceiling and water damage on lanai ceiling. But over all Great stay!

On the Bay
We had a great time at this cute apartment on the bay in siesta key. The location was awesome for walking to the beach and the views from the patio were calming and peaceful. We appreciated the owners great communication and very well stocked apartment. I don’t think I’ve stayed at a vrbo that had everything from toilet paper to dish soap to coffee so well stocked. We’ll be back!

Lovely Long Weekend
I spent a long Memorial Day weekend here with my husband and 2 friends. This place was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for 4 adults and we didn't feel crammed or cooped up. The patio is great for watching the sunrise and is right by the pier. The nearest public beach is only about a 5-10 minute walk away while the main beach is about 25-30 min walk away. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided which makes it easy for those who fly in and pack light. Check in/out process was very easy and parking is close and convenient.

Beautiful water views
We loved our stay at this little condo. It gives you the water views so you don't feel like you have to rush to the beach 1st thing in the morning. We ate breakfast on the dock most mornings. The boats passing by are beautiful, as are the houses across the bay. We seen manatees and dolphins. This place is small but well furnished. If you forgot anything, no worries, its probably there. We will definitely return to this spot

Great end of summer vacation
Overall the condo we got was what we expected from the description and pictures online. Beautiful view and easy to access. We have been staying at Bay Oaks for 16 years. This was our first time in this condo. We gave 4 stars for the communication because it took a couple days for them to get back to us.(not a major issue) We also were not sure what to do for check out, (pull off bed linens, what to keep AC at ...). Other than those minor things we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!

Siesta Key condo
We were very happy with our stay except for the following issues. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. These issues were explained to the owner, but nothing was done to correct them while we were there. The latch on both of the screen doors were broken and were hard to open and close. Some of the cleaning fee should be used to wash all of the windows which were filthy. I was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub in the swimming pool area.

5 stars, but maybe not for everyone
This property was perfect for my wife and me. The screened porch was absolutely great. Perfect view of the intracoastal and all the activity (boats, kayaks, jet skis, birds and a dolphin). Great location for getting to the causeway. Parking is so bad on the island that driving almost anywhere is out and you almost have to take the free trolley/bus. Walking to the beach is a hike and would be pretty hard with smaller children so the trolley to the rescue. The unit works great for a family of 3 or 4 if the kids are young. Might be tight for 2 couples. There is everything you need for a vacation (except maybe beach chairs). The owner was responsive to all communications. We would absolutely rent this unit again. No hesitation at all.

The property was great, the Owner can be difficult to deal with.
After booking this property and asking about additional parking for a second vehicle we thought everything was fine. On arrival, secondary parking was not clearly marked so I asked for clarification, which was replied back that I need to cancel and go somewhere else to party, this is a quiet condo community. I never indicated we were going to party, it is just 4 adults staying in a 2 bedroom condo who could go different places during the week. It seemed rude to think we were going to throw parties just because we asked where to park a second vehicle after getting an affirmative that there was additional parking.
