The floorplan was designed perfectly to allow for a great room style living space, perfect for gathering the family together in one area. This home can accommodate up to 10 people in beds via 2 King Beds, 2 Full (double) beds, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa Bed. This home is less than a 2 Minute Walk to Siesta Key Beach, and less than a 2 Minute Walk to Siesta Key Village. Have the best of both worlds when you rent this amazing unit! Walk to everything and stay in style. It offers Free WiFi and Comcast HDTV is included. You'll also have Peaking Gulf Views from the West facing Bedroom.
1st Level of Living: Walk up your staircase, to your own private elevated duplex unit. This floor features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of room for open conversation and gathering. On this level you will also find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. The bedrooms function in a modified split floorplan, with all the bedrooms and bathrooms sitting off of the living area. It offers privacy for each of these rooms, but also allows for accessibility.

Very convenient
This property was perfect for a family stay as it was only 1 block away from the beach. It was so convenient. We enjoyed using the BBQ and being walking distance from the restaurants and shops as well. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation in Siesta Key.

This property was in a great location. Near the Siesta Village and very close to the beach. The unit had ample space for our family. It was nice that beach chairs and wagon were provided along with beach towels for enjoying this beautiful Florida location.

This place was top-notch with all of the ammenities, house-warming gifts, cleanliness, and beachy vibe decor. The layout was wonderful too. Enjoyed the outdoor grilling area and the beach accessories came in handy. A definite 5-star place to rent for a week.

Beautiful property and perfect location!
The property itself is beautiful and sweet one block from the beach and one block from Siesta Village. It was the perfect getaway even with the red tide! The management company was kind enough to allow us to use other resort pools if we wanted. It was fabulous and I would absolutely go visit again!

Clean siesta escape
The property was pristine and ready to enjoy with a starter pack of living conveniences - dish soap, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The bedroom with two beds was plenty spacious and the beds were big. Location was fantastic, a few minutes to downtown and right around the corner from the beach. Thank you!

So wonderful!
This was my second time in this building. There is a 2 bedroom unit on the lower level and a 3 bedroom on the upper level. Both are amazing. I just love how nicely decorated it is and how modernized and remodelled and I simply love the location to both the beach and the village center. All so walkable. I want to stay again!

An amazing stay!
This condo is super cute and has everything you need inside! The abundance of towels was amazing! The location is perfect! The property manager was easy to work with and came once to check on us to see how things were. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a larger group looking to stay. I will be coming back!

Loved this property and the management company. Could not have picked a better location….. Short walk to the beach & the village. Weather was great and the property was beautiful. The property was so clean & had everything that we could have needed there for our stay. We definitely enjoyed our time here. The property management company was also great. I have stayed in many places in siesta key for the last 10 years and this home was amazing! The location was perfect, the house was beautiful and clean and there is nothing I can think of that we didn’t have in the home. We will be back!

Great Location - Walk to Beach and The Village
This is one of the best areas to stay. We rode our bikes down to Turtle Beach and would come back and stay at this location/condo again!!! It was easy to check in, clean, provided beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. We would highly recommend and definitely come back again. It was perfect for my two teenage daughters and I:)) No need for a car. The market, restaurants, and Mini Donuts are all within a 3 min walk.

Very nice place! Had a bit of problems with a/c in 2 rooms. Rental property was right on it trying to get it fixed. Luckily nights were cool.

Fabulous. Spacious and clean. Truly 2 minutes to beach and to the village. Staff was exceptional.
Staff was exceptional!! So friendly and informative. The property was clean and spacious. They provided beach towels as well as umbrellas, beach chairs, and toys for the younger crowd. It was a beautiful 2 minute walk to the beach!! So much to see in the village which was only 2 minutes away. Fun food and tons of shopping.
