The Location - This will be “easy” just like vacations are supposed to be. Located on Siesta Keys highly coveted Beach Road, you exit the unit and immediately see wide open southerly exposure and a beach view. It's 13 steps from the yard to Beach Access 10, possibly the islands best beach today. It's a one-minute trolley ride or a two-minute bike ride to the Siesta Village for fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts.

The beaches here have panoramic views of the gulf with wide open exposure to the North-West-and-South. This the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. The water is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. You can swim or “often” wade to naturally occurring white sand cays popular with dolphin's sand-dollars and “occasionally” giant-conch. This is the spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on your shirt and shoes. ​​​​​​​Sure to provide a combination of fun and relaxation you can't get in other getaways. *For larger groups, ask about additional space at this location.

History – There's no public parking in this area so, even though the beach is gorgeous, it's a little more private. When I was a kid growing up on Siesta Key, this beach access was called “Palm Island” and named after the island of the same name right at the end of the street. The island has a small bridge going to it and is literally a “heart shaped” island within the island of Siesta Key. When I was younger this was our lovers lane.

Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings. We provide beach towels and beach chairs at every location, umbrellas and carts at most locations, and do not provide "snorkeling gear" at any locations. Sorry for the confusion. Snorkeling gear can be rented or purchased nearby.

My units are at the top attractions on the island. Cars are never required, but you will have private parking near the unit. Check-in any day of the week at any time using your private door-code. No requirement ever at checkout. Free early check-in when possible. Never hidden fees or solicitations. Every unit is available for instant booking.

For the less extroverted, every booking comes with an unabashed guidebook detailing the property, all my favorite things to do in the area, and never any advertisements or solicitations.

Terms - Pets are welcome with a one-time payment of a $190 pet fee. Payments are 50% refundable when canceled at least 60 days before arrival. Payments are not refundable when canceled less than 60 days before arrival. Events or gatherings involving outside guests are only allowed with prior approval from the management. Guest agrees to hold the Property Manager and Owner harmless from any liability for injuries while on vacation. *If you prefer insured bookings, we recommend providers Generali and Rental Guardian for Trip-Protection coverage.
