It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, dvd, dedicated, non-shared wi-fi in unit, covered parking, screened lanai. It is just steps to beautiful azure and turqouise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All furnishings, appliances are updated on a continual basis. The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets ever! There are many shops, restaurants, fishing, golfing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Nice villa
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had all of the required kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Close to the beach with a trolley stop directly in front of the property.

Fun at the beach
Red Tide was there the first 3 days we arrived. When we went down to the beach there were dead fish and it did not smell good. It made us all start coughing. So our 1st impression of the beach was not good. Maybe they good have taken extra care to remove the dead fish. When they cleaned it and the red tide was gone the beach was wonderful! The villa was great and we loved the pool! We hope to come again!

Great visit
Our family had a great visit. The unit was neat and clean and quiet – and the Staff at the Desk were very helpful whenever we had a question. It was most convenient to walk out of the villa and down to the beach. Beautiful. We would definitely come again. Many thanks!
