Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely unit is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, 3 tvs, dvd, dedicated, non-shared wi-fi in unit, covered parking, screened lanai. It is just steps to beautiful azure and turqouise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All furnishings, appliances are updated on a continual basis. The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets ever! There are many shops, restaurants, fishing, golfing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Pack your bags and visit us at Island House to make your vacation all that you dream of!

Great visit
Our family had a great visit. The unit was neat and clean and quiet – and the Staff at the Desk were very helpful whenever we had a question. It was most convenient to walk out of the villa and down to the beach. Beautiful. We would definitely come again. Many thanks!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and had all of the required kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Close to the beach with a trolley stop directly in front of the property.

Fun at the beach
Red Tide was there the first 3 days we arrived. When we went down to the beach there were dead fish and it did not smell good. It made us all start coughing. So our 1st impression of the beach was not good. Maybe they good have taken extra care to remove the dead fish. When they cleaned it and the red tide was gone the beach was wonderful! The villa was great and we loved the pool! We hope to come again!

Family vacation
The beach was phenomenal and the home was in a convenient location to supermarkets and stores. Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful. Only downside to this rental is the carpet in the bedrooms and living room. This is unhygienic and can bring certain odors into the home. In my opinion the home could be updated to compete with the neighboring villas.
