Island House Beach Resort - Crescent Beach, Siesta Key. Gulf Front Unit, 3rd Floor, Panoramic Views. This luxury apartment is 1300 sq. ft. non-carpeted and is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, ( all appliances), screen and glass lanai. The unit has 3 tvs, dvd, vcr, stereo, free Wi-Fi in unit, washer, dryer, central heat/ac. The condo offers view of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets magnificent. This attractive complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, and a scenic beach front courtyard. There is a large heated swimming pool as well as a a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. Covered parking. There are many shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses, water sports in the area. Busch Gardens is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot 21/2 hours. Come spend your vacation at Island House and make it one you will never forget!

Wonderful unit. Beautiful sands of Siesta key right out the back window. Nice updated kitchen and baths. Great for my wife and two little boys. Great onsite property management, smooth communication. Will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Island House for many years. It's the prefect getaway for us. This visit started with a surprisingly unclean unit. But, the minute we brought our concern to the office, it was met with an immediate apology and quick resolution. The cleaning crew was out asap and did a bang up job. No excuses, just quick and efficient resolution.Everything else as great. The now clean unit was, well, clean, the bed was comfortable, the showers are nice and strong, WIFi was good. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to prepare a few thing at "home". As always, the sunsets and the beach were just fabulous. There is nothing like the white sands of Siesta Key Beach. You have to walk in that white, powder soft sand to believe it. We plan to return in just a few short weeks with more family in tow.I would not hesitate to not only return but, to recommend Island House to anyone we know.
