Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.

Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

Perfect for a family
We enjoyed the location and the ability to go fishing off the wall on the bay side or walk to the ocean. It's also an quick and easy ride to the downtown area, or head the other direction if you need to run and get something at the market. We would stay here again if it's available for our next trip.

The house was clean, comfortable for our family of 4, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, which was shorter than advertised. The location exceeded our expectations, and Mary, the owner, was fantastic to work with—promptly available and very helpful when needed. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

Great vacation week in Siesta Key staying in this amazing rental. Checking in and out was easy and the owner was responsive and very helpful. The unit was well appointed, very clean, super comfortable, and on a quiet lovely street. Perfect location for going to the gorgeous beach across the street and for exploring sights in the region. Would recommend highly and rent again on future visits to this area.
